Industries

Who We Work With

Different buildings fail in different ways. A restaurant's problem is usually kitchen circuit load and grease-fouled equipment; a warehouse's is aging high-bay ballasts and undersized distribution; a medical suite's is isolated ground and life safety compliance.

Our Central Florida crews work with these systems and plan repairs around each property's equipment and operating hours.

  • Retail centers and standalone storefronts
  • Restaurants and commercial kitchens
  • Medical and dental offices
  • Warehouses and light industrial
  • Hotels, resorts, and short-term rentals
  • Property management and HOA portfolios
  • Churches, schools, and municipal facilities

Service Agreements

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Our maintenance agreements put your facility on a scheduled inspection cycle with infrared scanning of panels and gear, connection torque verification, and a written condition report you can hand to your insurer or lender.

Agreement holders receive priority dispatch, waived after-hours trip charges, and locked-in labor rates for the term. Inspection reports identify problems to address before they interrupt your operation.

Project Approach

How a Commercial Project Runs

1

Walk & Scope

A project manager walks the site with you, reviews drawings if they exist, and identifies existing conditions that affect cost.

2

Bid & Schedule

You receive a line-item proposal with a schedule, a submittal list, and clear exclusions. No vague allowances.

3

Permit & Install

We pull permits, coordinate with the GC and other trades, and work the hours that keep your operation running.

4

Close Out

Inspection sign-off, as-builts, warranty documentation, and a punch walk before we invoice the retainage.
